Botox & Filler Cost in San Francisco (2026): Med Spa Price Guide

What Botox, dermal filler, lip filler and microneedling cost in San Francisco in 2026, based on published clinic pricing, with first-visit budgets and who can legally inject in California.

By the Medical Spa Reviews editorial team · Published November 6, 2026

San Francisco’s med spa market clusters around Union Square and Nob Hill downtown, with more clinics spread across Pacific Heights, the Marina, and the Castro. Pricing tracks that density: Union Square and Nob Hill practices compete hard on introductory neurotoxin rates, while boutique clinics elsewhere hold closer to list price.

This guide is built from what our editorial team could verify: prices San Francisco-area clinics publish on their own sites. Few clinics publish a full price list, so treat every range here as a benchmark. Your actual quote depends on units or syringes needed, the product, and who is injecting.

Botox / neurotoxin pricing

Published San Francisco rates mostly land between $12 and $16 per unit at standard pricing, with new-patient or loyalty rates running well below that. Epi Center MedSpa (Union Square) prices Botox at $13/unit for new VIP patients for six months, reverting to $16/unit afterward, with Dysport at $5.20/unit VIP and $6.40/unit standard. Eternia Medspa (Union Square) prices Botox, Dysport and Daxxify together at $12–$14/unit. Medspa of San Francisco lists Botox at $15/unit, Xeomin at $12/unit regular ($5.95/unit for loyalty-program members), and Daxxify at $15/unit with a 50-unit minimum purchase.

TreatmentTypical unitsPer-unit priceTotal session
Glabellar (”11s”)15–25$12–$16$180–$400
Forehead lines6–15$12–$16$72–$240
Crow’s feet10–20$12–$16$120–$320
Bunny lines (nose)4–8$12–$16$48–$128
Masseter slim (per side)20–30$12–$16$240–$480
Lip flip4–8$12–$16$48–$128
Gummy smile2–6$12–$16$24–$96
Hyperhidrosis (per area)50–100$12–$16$600–$1,600

Unit counts are clinical norms and vary by patient; the per-unit price is what varies by clinic. Dysport uses roughly 2.5x more units per equivalent dose, so compare total session cost rather than unit price across brands. Daxxify lasts longer per treatment but is typically sold with a minimum-unit purchase, which raises the entry cost of a first visit. For a full breakdown, see our Botox cost guide.

Dermal filler pricing

San Francisco filler pricing mostly runs $550–$995 per syringe cash-pay, with several clinics pricing Juvederm or Restylane as a flat rate regardless of product line. Medspa of San Francisco prices one syringe of Juvederm or Restylane at $799 (deposit required), not broken down by specific formulation. REJUV Medical (SF) prices Juvederm at $899 per syringe and RHA at $799 per syringe. Eternia Medspa quotes a $550–$995 per-syringe range across its filler menu.

Filler productPer syringe (published)Common uses
Eternia Medspa filler menu$550–$995Lips, cheeks, folds (range across products)
REJUV Medical, RHA$799Lips, dynamic areas
Medspa of SF, Juvederm or Restylane$799Lips, folds, cheeks (flat rate)
REJUV Medical, Juvederm$899Cheeks, midface, structural

Clinics that quote a single flat per-syringe price regardless of formulation are common in this market — ask which specific product that price covers before booking. More detail is in our dermal filler cost guide.

Lip filler specifically

Lip filler in San Francisco is generally quoted under each clinic’s general filler pricing rather than as its own line item. Medspa of San Francisco has run a $299-per-syringe lip filler special (check whether a quoted price is a limited-time promotion or standing rate), while its standard flat filler rate — which covers lips — is $799/syringe. Eternia Medspa’s $550–$995 filler range also covers lip treatments.

  • Promotional bracket (~$299–$500): limited-time specials at clinics that discount lips to bring in new patients — confirm the offer is still live before booking.
  • Mid-market ($550–$800): the most common standing-rate quote at an established SF med spa.
  • Premium ($800–$995+): structural or higher-volume filler product, physician-led practice.

Most first-time patients need one syringe. See our lip filler cost guide.

Microneedling pricing

TreatmentPer session (published)Typical course
PRP/PRF microneedling$3953+ sessions
RF microneedling, face (Morpheus8)$1,200Package pricing
RF microneedling, face + add-on area (Morpheus8)$1,500Package pricing
RF microneedling, 3 sessions face & neck (Morpheus8 package)$4,000Package, save $500 vs. per-session

Medspa of San Francisco prices standalone PRP/PRF microneedling at $395 per session. Nob Hill Aesthetics prices Morpheus8 at $1,200 per session for the face, plus $300 per additional area, with a 3-session face-and-neck package at $4,000 (a $500 saving versus paying per session); its Gold and Platinum membership tiers ($350–$500/month in banked credit) cut the per-session Morpheus8 price by 25%. Nationally, a single Morpheus8 session typically runs $800–$1,200 — San Francisco’s standalone per-session price sits at or slightly above that, before any package or membership discount.

Other common services

These ranges come from published San Francisco-area menus where we found them; treat them as indicative.

  • Xeomin (targeted areas): $59.50–$238 depending on area treated (per Medspa of SF menu)
  • Chemical peels, Hydrafacial: rarely published standalone; request a quote
  • Kybella, body contouring, laser hair removal: rarely published; request a quote

Membership / loyalty programs

  • Allē (Allergan Aesthetics): free; earns points on Botox, Juvederm, Kybella and other Allergan treatments, redeemable as dollar credits at participating clinics.
  • ASPIRE (Galderma): free; similar rewards on Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra.
  • Clinic memberships: Nob Hill Aesthetics’ Gold ($350/mo) and Platinum ($500/mo) tiers bank the monthly fee as treatment credit and apply a 25% discount on services like Morpheus8. Medspa of San Francisco runs a $19.95/month “New-Tox” membership tied to neurotoxin pricing. Confirm what happens to unused credit before committing to a recurring plan.

Financing options

Many clinics accept point-of-sale financing such as CareCredit, Cherry or PatientFi. Promotional plans can be interest-free if paid in full on time, but deferred-interest plans may charge interest back to the purchase date if you don’t. Financing makes most sense for larger treatment plans, not a routine Botox top-up.

Who can legally inject in California

Non-surgical cosmetic injections — Botox, dermal filler, and similar treatments — are regulated as the practice of medicine in California. Physicians (MD/DO) may inject once trained in the procedure. Unlike full-practice-authority states, California requires direct, on-site physician supervision for non-physician injectors: a physician (or, for certain functions, a nurse practitioner under a collaborative or standardized-procedures arrangement) must have examined the patient before delegating the injection. Physician assistants and registered nurses may be delegated to inject under that on-site supervision and a physician’s standing order — they cannot administer injectables independently. Nurse practitioners have more latitude than RNs but still generally operate under a collaborative agreement or standardized procedures with a supervising physician for these services. Estheticians and other unlicensed staff have no legal pathway to inject in California. Rules and enforcement priorities change, so treat this as a summary, not legal advice.

Before booking, verify any injector’s license through the California Department of Consumer Affairs’ license search (BreEZe). Our 10 questions before your first med spa visit covers what else to ask.
