Botox & Filler Cost in Austin (2026): Med Spa Price Guide

What Botox, dermal filler, lip filler and microneedling cost in Austin in 2026, based on published clinic pricing, with first-visit budgets and who can legally inject in Texas.

By the Medical Spa Reviews editorial team · Published November 2, 2026

Austin’s med spa market has grown alongside the city — concentrated in Downtown, Westlake, and the Domain — and pricing reflects a fast-growing, competitive market rather than an old, expensive one. Published Botox rates cluster lower than Boston or NYC, but weekly discount promotions (common at Austin’s higher-volume clinics) can push per-unit pricing down further for patients willing to book on a specific day.

This guide is built from what our editorial team could verify: prices Austin clinics publish on their own sites and in local cost guides. Few clinics publish full price lists, so treat every range here as a benchmark. Your actual quote depends on units or syringes needed, the product, and who is injecting.

Botox / neurotoxin pricing

Published Austin rates we found cluster between $10 and $16 per unit, with most mainstream med spas in the $12–$14 band. Viva Day Spa + Med Spa lists Botox at $13.50 per unit; InjectCo’s Austin location prices Botox (and Xeomin) from $12 per unit, or $7.77 per unit with its $24.99/month membership; Grace MedSpa charges $13 per unit with a 20-unit minimum; Medispa of Austin charges $15 per unit with a 50-unit minimum. Several clinics also run weekly discount promotions (“Toxin Tuesday” or “Toxin Thursday”) that bring per-unit pricing down further on those days.

TreatmentTypical unitsPer-unit priceTotal session
Glabellar (”11s”)15–25$10–$16$150–$400
Forehead lines6–15$10–$16$60–$240
Crow’s feet10–20$10–$16$100–$320
Bunny lines (nose)4–8$10–$16$40–$128
Masseter slim (per side)20–30$10–$16$200–$480
Lip flip4–8$10–$16$40–$128
Gummy smile2–6$10–$16$20–$96
Hyperhidrosis (per area)50–100$10–$16$500–$1,600

Unit counts are clinical norms and vary by patient; the per-unit price is what varies by clinic. Dysport uses more units per equivalent dose, so compare total session cost rather than unit price across brands. A full three-area treatment (forehead, 11s, crow’s feet) typically runs $350–$600 at most Austin med spas outside a discount day. For a full breakdown, see our Botox cost guide.

Dermal filler pricing

Austin-specific sources put general HA filler at roughly $650–$750 per syringe cash-pay based on quotes verified across several Austin providers, with lip-specific filler running somewhat wider at $550–$1,320 per syringe depending on product and clinic. InjectCo’s Austin location prices dermal and facial fillers from $699 per syringe; its RHA Collection filler starts from $399 for a half syringe and $699 for a full syringe.

Filler productPer syringe (estimated)Common uses
Juvederm Volbella XC, Restylane Kysse$550–$750Lips, fine lines
RHA 2 (half syringe)$399Lips, touch-ups
Juvederm Ultra XC, Restylane Silk$600–$750Lips, lip lines
Juvederm Vollure XC, RHA 3$650–$850Nasolabial folds, marionette lines
Juvederm Voluma XC, Restylane Lyft$700–$1,000Cheeks, chin, jawline
Sculptra (per vial)$700–$900Collagen stimulator, multi-session

Structural products for cheek and jaw work generally sit above the lip-filler range. Lips usually take one syringe; full-face rebalancing can take several, spread over more than one visit. More detail is in our dermal filler cost guide.

Lip filler specifically

A first-time lip filler patient in Austin should budget roughly $550–$750 for one syringe at a mainstream med spa, or up to $1,000+ at a physician-led or specialty practice. Viva Day Spa + Med Spa lists a full syringe of Juvederm or Restylane lip filler at $700. Published Austin figures range from about $550 to $1,320 per syringe depending on product and provider.

  • Lower band (~$399–$600): half syringes, RHA or entry-tier Juvederm/Restylane at a high-volume med spa.
  • Mid-market ($600–$800): the most common full-syringe quote at an established med spa.
  • Premium ($800–$1,320): physician-led practice, longer consult, specialty product.

Half-syringe options exist at several Austin clinics and are priced proportionally lower than at some other markets — RHA’s $399 half-syringe price is roughly 57% of its $699 full-syringe price. See our lip filler cost guide.

Microneedling pricing

TreatmentPer sessionTypical course
Standard microneedling (e.g. SkinPen)$299–$5993–6 sessions
SkinPen + PRP$5993–6 sessions
RF microneedling (Morpheus8 and similar)$699–$1,3753 sessions

Austin Plastic Surgeon’s MedSpa prices SkinPen at $299 (face) or $599 combined with PRP, and offers Morpheus8 as a three-session series for $2,700 (face) or $3,300 (face and neck). Hall Plastic Surgery offers SkinPen from $400. Grace MedSpa prices Morpheus8 from $699 per session with package options, while Levesque Plastic Surgery charges $1,275 for face and neck and $1,375 for face, neck and décolletage. Published national cost guides put a typical single Morpheus8 session at $950–$1,200, which is roughly where most mainstream Austin clinics land outside a package deal. Paying for a series up front generally earns a discount over single-session pricing.

Other common services

These ranges come from published Austin menus where we found them; treat them as indicative.

  • Chemical peels: typically $75–$350 depending on depth
  • Hydrafacial: from about $200
  • Kybella, body contouring, laser hair removal: rarely published; request a quote

Membership / loyalty programs

  • Allē (Allergan Aesthetics): free; earns points on Botox, Juvederm, Kybella and other Allergan treatments, redeemable as dollar credits at participating clinics.
  • ASPIRE (Galderma): free; similar rewards on Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra.
  • Clinic memberships: several Austin clinics (including InjectCo) offer reduced per-unit or per-syringe member pricing. Check whether unused credit expires and how cancellation works before you sign up.

Financing options

Many clinics accept point-of-sale financing such as CareCredit, Cherry or PatientFi. Promotional plans can be interest-free if paid in full on time, but deferred-interest plans may charge interest back to the purchase date if you don’t. Financing makes most sense for larger treatment plans, not a routine Botox top-up.

Who can legally inject in Texas

Non-surgical cosmetic injections — Botox, dermal filler, and similar treatments — are considered the practice of medicine in Texas and are regulated by the Texas Medical Board (TMB). Only a licensed physician can inject without supervision; a physician can delegate injections to a nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or registered nurse (RN) operating under appropriate physician supervision and delegation protocols. Licensed vocational nurses (LVNs), estheticians, and medical assistants are not permitted to perform injectable treatments in Texas under any circumstances — the TMB has taken enforcement action against practices that allowed unlicensed staff to inject. Rules and enforcement priorities change, so treat this as a summary, not legal advice.

Before booking, check the injector’s license: physicians through the TMB’s Look Up a License tool, nurses through the Texas Board of Nursing license verification portal. Our 10 questions before your first med spa visit covers what else to ask.
