Medical Spa Reviews catalogues vetted US medical spas. We started in 2026 with one city — Miami — and we're rolling out new metros as we have the editorial bandwidth to verify them.

What "vetted" means

Every listing is verified before publication: we check the venue's website, Google Maps listing, and at least one social channel. Practitioner credentials are noted when publicly available. Listings flagged "Verified" have been independently confirmed; "Partial" or "Draft" listings have less.

How we make money

Currently: we don't. Our model is to build organic search traffic first, then offer venues paid "Featured" placements once we can demonstrably drive bookings. Until then, every listing is free. When we do start charging, Featured placements will always be visually distinct from regular listings — never disguised.

What we won't do

• Invent reviews. Ratings come from aggregated public sources, clearly labelled.
• Hide negative information about a paying venue.
• Rank free listings below paid ones in a way that misleads readers.
• Sell visitor data.
