Botox & Filler Cost in Atlanta (2026): Med Spa Price Guide
What Botox, dermal filler, lip filler and microneedling cost at Atlanta med spas in 2026, based on published clinic price lists. Per-unit and per-syringe ranges, neighborhood notes, and first-visit budgets.

Atlanta is a comparatively transparent injectables market. A good number of clinics, from Buckhead med spas to suburban plastic-surgery practices, publish per-unit and per-syringe prices, and those prices cluster tightly. That makes Atlanta one of the easier cities to sanity-check a quote.
This guide is built from prices Atlanta-area clinics publish on their own websites, local cost guides, and the national benchmarks in our Botox cost guide. It is benchmark-grade information, not a quote. Your final price depends on units or syringes needed, product, and injector.
Botox / neurotoxin pricing
Published metro Atlanta prices we found cluster between $13.50 and $14 per unit, with specials advertised around $10.50 and some physician-led practices quoting higher. For planning, $11–$16 per unit covers most of the market.
| Treatment | Typical units | Per-unit price | Total session |
|---|---|---|---|
| Glabellar (”11s”) | 15–25 | $11–$16 | $165–$400 |
| Forehead lines | 6–15 | $11–$16 | $66–$240 |
| Crow’s feet | 10–20 | $11–$16 | $110–$320 |
| Bunny lines (nose) | 4–8 | $11–$16 | $44–$128 |
| Masseter slim (per side) | 20–30 | $11–$16 | $220–$480 |
| Lip flip | 4–8 | $11–$16 | $44–$128 |
| Gummy smile | 2–6 | $11–$16 | $22–$96 |
| Hyperhidrosis (per area) | 50–100 | $11–$16 | $550–$1,600 |
Pricing conventions vary: one Buckhead clinic prices Botox, Dysport and Daxxify all at the same per-unit rate, while a Marietta practice prices Daxxify per area (for example, $450 for the frown lines). Ask how the quote is built and compare the total session cost.
Neighborhood notes: Buckhead and Midtown are generally the premium end of the market, though published Buckhead per-unit prices in our research were not far above the metro norm. Suburbs such as Alpharetta, Marietta, Sandy Springs and Decatur have a mix of med spas and plastic-surgery-affiliated practices, with specials more common at volume-focused clinics.
Dermal filler pricing
Most Atlanta HA filler we found is priced between $600 and $900 per syringe. One Marietta practice publishes a full product list:
| Filler product | Per syringe (published Atlanta-area example) | Common uses |
|---|---|---|
| Juvederm Ultra | $600 | Lips, folds |
| Juvederm Volbella / Vollure | $700 | Lips, fine lines, folds |
| Juvederm Voluma | $850 | Cheeks, midface |
| Juvederm Volux | $900 | Jawline |
| Restylane Kysse | $750 | Lips |
| Restylane Lyft | $750 | Cheeks, midface |
| Restylane Refyne / Defyne, RHA 2–4 | $700 | Folds, lines |
| Sculptra (per session) | $850 | Collagen biostimulator, 3 sessions |
Other Atlanta clinics quote similar or higher numbers, and some physician-led practices price above $1,000 per syringe. Most patients use 1–2 syringes per session. See our dermal filler cost guide for context.
Lip filler specifically
A first-time lip filler patient in Atlanta should budget roughly $600–$800 for one full syringe.
- Lower end ($550–$650): clinics using Juvederm Ultra or running introductory pricing.
- Mid-market ($700–$750): the most common published Atlanta pricing, often with Volbella or Kysse.
- Higher end ($800+): physician-led practices and premium or blended techniques.
Not every clinic offers half syringes; one Sandy Springs med spa we reviewed requires a full syringe minimum. Our lip filler cost guide covers when a half syringe makes sense.
Microneedling pricing
| Treatment | Per session | Typical course |
|---|---|---|
| Standard microneedling (full face) | $300–$600 | 3–6 sessions |
| Microneedling + PRP (face) | $700–$1,200 | 3–6 sessions |
| RF microneedling (Morpheus8, Vivace) | $600–$1,500 | 3–4 sessions |
A full three-to-four session Morpheus8 series for face and neck is commonly quoted at roughly $2,000–$4,500 in the Atlanta area. Adding neck and chest raises the per-session price.
Other common services
Published Atlanta-area examples we found:
- Hydrafacial: about $175–$275 depending on tier
- Chemical peels: about $150–$300 for light to medium-depth peels
- Kybella: about $650 per session at one Marietta practice
- Hyperhidrosis injections: $1,400 as a flat price at the same practice
Who can legally inject in Georgia
The Georgia Composite Medical Board addresses this in its FAQs. According to the Board, registered nurses can inject Botox and fillers with appropriate training and a written order from a physician; nurse practitioners (APRNs) need a Board-approved protocol agreement; and physician assistants need a Board-approved job description. The physician should examine and prescribe but does not have to remain on site while the RN, APRN or PA injects under a written order. Physicians may not delegate these injections to medical assistants; the Board defines that as unprofessional conduct.
Verify credentials using the Georgia Composite Medical Board license verification for physicians and PAs, and the Georgia Board of Nursing license verification (through the Georgia Secretary of State) for RNs and APRNs. See 10 questions before your first med spa visit.

Clinic memberships and specials are common in Atlanta. Check whether a special price has a minimum unit count, and read cancellation terms on any monthly plan.
Financing options
Atlanta med spas commonly accept CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit or PatientFi. Many “no interest” promotions are deferred-interest: if the balance isn’t cleared by the promo end date, interest can be charged back to the purchase date. Financing is most useful for RF series or multi-syringe filler plans.
