The math
Average new Botox client = ~$500. That's 3.4 months of Premium placement from one booking. One filler client (~$1,500) = 10 months covered. One full lip-filler + maintenance client pays for over a year. Almost any single new client pays for the entire subscription many times over.
How visitors reach you
Every venue and city page on the site has a "Get consultation quotes" form. When someone fills it out, the request routes to the top 4 spas in their city offering the treatment they want. Premium listings are first in line — Premium spas in the city get the request before unclaimed listings. Plus the obvious benefits: top placement in city directory listings, gold map pin, pinned hero photo and "Book consultation" button on your venue profile.
We don't guarantee a specific number of consultation requests per month — volume depends on the city, the service, and the season. What we guarantee is your spot at the front of the queue when requests do come in.

What happens when a city sells out?
That's it for the city until a Premium subscriber cancels. We do not raise the price for a 6th venue, and we do not add tiers above the 5. Subscribers who joined at founding rate keep $149/month for as long as they remain a customer. Waitlist requests go to [email protected].
How fast does my listing go live as Premium?
Within minutes of payment. Your listing flips to Premium automatically, the gold pin and badge appear across the directory, and you're pinned to your service pages. You'll get a confirmation email when payment lands.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — monthly subscription, cancel from your billing settings. Your listing reverts to the standard free listing the day your subscription ends. No long-term contract, no cancellation fee.
