Med Spa Pricing Guide — NYC 2026

What injectable treatments actually cost in NYC in 2026, by service, by neighborhood, and by product brand. With benchmark ranges from the directory.

By the Medical Spa Reviews editorial team · Published June 17, 2026

Med spa pricing in NYC is opaque by design. Most venues won’t publish prices online, partly because pricing depends on the patient (how many units, which product, single or combined treatment), partly because price transparency creates competition pressure.

This guide pulls together the price bands we see across the verified NYC providers in our directory, manufacturer price sheets, and patient-reported pricing from RealSelf and Reddit. It is benchmark-grade information. Final pricing requires a consultation with the specific venue.

NYC runs above the national average across nearly every service. Many of the top-tier injectors in Manhattan are dermatologist- or plastic-surgeon-led practices rather than RN-only med spas, and the local aesthetic skews toward subtle, undetectable work — which means consultation time, unit counts, and per-syringe pricing tend higher than Miami or most secondary markets.

Botox / neurotoxin pricing

TreatmentTypical unitsPer-unit priceTotal session
Glabellar (”11s”)15–25$15–$25$225–$625
Forehead lines6–15$15–$25$90–$375
Crow’s feet10–20$15–$25$150–$500
Bunny lines (nose)4–8$15–$25$60–$200
Masseter slim (per side)20–30$15–$25$600–$1,500
Lip flip4–8$15–$25$60–$200
Gummy smile2–6$15–$25$30–$150
Hyperhidrosis (per area)50–100$15–$25$750–$2,500

Daxxify runs roughly 30–50% higher per unit ($20–$38) but lasts 50–80% longer per session. Dysport uses smaller units (~2.5x more units per equivalent treatment), so per-session cost is typically equivalent.

Neighborhood premium: Upper East Side, Tribeca, and Soho tend to run $3–$6/unit above the city median, with dermatologist-led practices at the top of that band. Midtown sits mid-high. Williamsburg, Park Slope, and Long Island City run $2–$4/unit below Manhattan core, though the gap is narrowing as established Manhattan injectors open Brooklyn satellites. Flatiron sits mid-market.

Dermal filler pricing

Filler productPer-syringe (1.0 mL)Common uses
Juvederm Volbella XC$950–$1,500Lips, fine lines
Juvederm Vollure XC$950–$1,400Nasolabial folds, marionette
Juvederm Voluma XC$1,100–$1,650Cheeks, midface
Juvederm Ultra Plus XC$900–$1,300Lips, deeper folds
Restylane Kysse$950–$1,450Lips
Restylane Lyft$1,050–$1,550Cheeks, midface
Restylane Silk$900–$1,300Fine lip lines
Sculptra (per vial)$950–$1,300Collagen biostimulator, multi-session
Radiesse$950–$1,300Jawline, hands

Most patients use 1–2 syringes per session. A full lip treatment is typically 1 syringe; full midface lift can be 4–6 syringes spread across multiple appointments.

Premium positioning: physician-injector clinics on the Upper East Side, in Tribeca, and along Fifth Avenue charge 20–40% above these ranges — board-certified dermatology practices and plastic-surgery-led med spas are the bulk of that tier. Conversely, high-volume Botox-focused med spas in outer-borough locations (Long Island City, parts of Brooklyn) may run 10–15% below.

Lip filler specifically

A first-time lip filler patient should budget $1,000–$1,700 in NYC.

  • Budget bracket ($700–$900/syringe): mostly Juvederm Ultra or generic-brand HA. Common in high-volume non-medical-director-prominent venues, often in Midtown or outer-borough locations. Reasonable for cost-conscious patients with experienced injector + verified safety standards.
  • Mid-market ($900–$1,250/syringe): the most common NYC pricing. Wide product menu, RN or nurse practitioner injector, established clinic.
  • Premium ($1,250–$1,800/syringe): physician-led, slower consultative model, often with specialty product use (e.g. blended filler placement, micro-droplet technique). Heavily concentrated on the Upper East Side and in Tribeca.

Half-syringe touch-ups typically charge 60–70% of full-syringe price.

Microneedling pricing

TreatmentPer sessionTypical course
Standard microneedling$350–$6503–6 sessions
Microneedling + PRP (“vampire facial”)$650–$1,2003–6 sessions
Microneedling + radiofrequency (Morpheus8, Vivace, Genius RF)$800–$2,0003 sessions
Microneedling for stretch marks / scars$400–$7504–6 sessions

Course discounts of 10–20% are common when paying for 3–4 sessions up front. Morpheus8 remains the current NYC premium tier, with Manhattan dermatology offices clustered at the top of the range.

Other common services

  • Chemical peels: $200–$800 per session (light to medium-depth)
  • Hydrafacial: $250–$500 per session
  • IV vitamin therapy: $200–$500 per drip
  • Laser hair removal (full face): $150–$325 per session, typically 6–8 session course
  • Body contouring (CoolSculpting, EmSculpt): $900–$1,800 per area per session, multi-session
  • Kybella (chin fat dissolving): $750–$1,500 per session, typically 2–6 sessions

Membership / loyalty programs

Two manufacturer-sponsored loyalty programs dominate the NYC market:

  • Allē (Allergan): covers Botox, Juvederm, Latisse, CoolSculpting, SkinMedica. Free to join. Points → dollar credits, typically saves repeat patients 10–15% per session on Allergan products.
  • ASPIRE (Galderma): covers Dysport, Restylane, Sculptra. Similar structure.

Clinic-specific memberships (e.g. monthly auto-pay for a credit balance) are common but require math. Read terms carefully — some lock you into 12-month auto-pay regardless of usage.

Financing options

Most NYC med spas accept one or more of:

  • CareCredit — 6–24 month interest-free promos for qualifying purchases, then 26.99% APR
  • Cherry — pay-over-time, 3–24 months, soft credit pull
  • Sunbit — point-of-sale financing, soft pull
  • PatientFi — similar, common for plastic-surgery-adjacent procedures

Financing makes sense for higher-ticket procedures ($1,500+) that you’d otherwise put on a credit card. For routine Botox visits, it’s usually unnecessary.

What you should pay for a first visit

Realistic budget for a typical first-time NYC patient:

  • Consultation only: $0 at most med spas; $100–$300 at some dermatologist-led practices (often credited toward treatment if you book)
  • Lip flip with Botox: $100–$200
  • Glabellar Botox: $275–$625
  • One syringe of lip filler: $1,000–$1,700
  • Half-syringe lip filler (touch-up bracket): $650–$1,100
  • Botox + lip filler combo (most common first appointment): $1,300–$2,300
  • First microneedling session: $350–$650
