Botox & Filler Cost in Chicago (2026): Med Spa Price Guide

What Botox, dermal filler, lip filler and microneedling cost at Chicago med spas in 2026, based on published clinic price lists. Per-unit and per-syringe ranges, city vs suburb notes, and first-visit budgets.

By the Medical Spa Reviews editorial team · Published September 28, 2026

Chicago’s injectables market sits close to national benchmarks. The biggest price driver is less the product than the address: downtown practices carry higher overhead than suburban clinics, and that tends to show up in per-unit and per-syringe pricing.

This guide is built from prices Chicago-area clinics publish on their own websites, local cost guides, and the national benchmarks in our Botox cost guide. It is benchmark-grade information, not a quote. Your final price depends on units or syringes needed, product, and injector.

Botox / neurotoxin pricing

Published Chicago-area prices we found include $13 and $15 per unit, and local guides put most of the market between $12 and $18. Some downtown practices quote higher.

TreatmentTypical unitsPer-unit priceTotal session
Glabellar (”11s”)15–25$12–$18$180–$450
Forehead lines6–15$12–$18$72–$270
Crow’s feet10–20$12–$18$120–$360
Bunny lines (nose)4–8$12–$18$48–$144
Masseter slim (per side)20–30$12–$18$240–$540
Lip flip4–8$12–$18$48–$144
Gummy smile2–6$12–$18$24–$108
Hyperhidrosis (per area)50–100$12–$18$600–$1,800

Dysport and Letybo are listed at around $13 per unit at one Chicago practice we reviewed, and at $6 per unit at a suburban clinic. Because Dysport uses smaller units, compare the total session cost rather than the per-unit figure.

Neighborhood notes: River North, the Gold Coast, Streeterville and Lincoln Park tend to sit at the premium end. Suburban clinics in areas such as Naperville, Oak Brook, Burr Ridge, Schaumburg and Glenview often price lower because of lower overhead, not lower product quality. These are general patterns; always compare the full quote.

Dermal filler pricing

Most Chicago HA filler we found is priced between $700 and $950 per syringe.

Filler productPer syringe (published Chicago-area examples)Common uses
Juvederm family (Ultra, Volbella, Vollure)$750–$950Lips, folds
Juvederm Voluma XC$850–$950Cheeks, midface
Restylane family (Kysse, Lyft, Refyne, Defyne)$700–$850Lips, cheeks, folds
Sculptra (per vial)from about $850Collagen biostimulator, multi-session

Most patients use 1–2 syringes per session. See our dermal filler cost guide for how syringe counts add up.

Lip filler specifically

A first-time lip filler patient in Chicago should budget roughly $650–$900 for one full syringe.

  • Lower end ($650–$700): published neighborhood med spa pricing, typically Juvederm or Restylane lip products.
  • Mid-market ($750–$850): established med spas and multi-location practices.
  • Higher end ($900+): physician-led and downtown practices, or premium lip products.

Ask whether the quote includes numbing and a follow-up check. Our lip filler cost guide covers half versus full syringes.

Microneedling pricing

TreatmentPer sessionTypical course
Standard microneedling (SkinPen and similar)$350–$5003–6 sessions
RF microneedling (Morpheus8 and similar)$650–$1,4003 sessions

Two Chicago-area clinics we reviewed list standard microneedling at $400 per session. RF pricing ranges from about $650 per session at a neighborhood med spa to $999–$1,399 for Morpheus8 at a suburban practice, with one downtown practice selling a three-session face-and-neck package for about $3,000. Microneedling with PRP is usually quoted after consultation.

Other common services

Published Chicago-area examples we found:

  • Hydrafacial: about $199–$399 depending on tier
  • Chemical peels: from about $150–$175, up to around $450 for deeper peels
  • Emsculpt: about $750 per session at one Chicago practice

Who can legally inject in Illinois

Illinois regulators have addressed med spas directly. A memo from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and Illinois Department of Public Health (updated October 2025) says physicians licensed to practice medicine in all its branches can perform and supervise cosmetic procedures including Botox, and may delegate patient care tasks to licensed nurses and other licensed professionals practicing within their own licensing Acts. Advanced practice registered nurses with full practice authority have their own scope. Legal commentary on the memo describes RN injections as delegated tasks, and places estheticians in the non-medical category (facials, waxing, superficial peels) rather than injectables.

The details depend on the injector’s license and the delegation in place, so verify credentials using the IDFPR License Lookup, and ask who the supervising or delegating physician is. See 10 questions before your first med spa visit.

Membership / loyalty programs

  • Allē (Allergan Aesthetics): covers Botox, Juvederm, Kybella and other Allergan products. Free to join; points convert to dollar-off credits.
  • ASPIRE (Galderma): covers Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra, with a similar structure.

Several Chicago clinics also run in-house memberships. Check whether unused credit rolls over and what the cancellation terms are.

Financing options

Chicago med spas commonly accept CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit or PatientFi. Many “no interest” promotions are deferred-interest: if the balance isn’t cleared by the promo end date, interest can be charged back to the purchase date. Financing makes most sense for RF packages or multi-syringe filler plans.

What you should pay for a first visit

Realistic budget for a typical first-time Chicago patient:

  • Consultation: often free at med spas; some physician practices charge a fee credited to treatment
  • Lip flip with Botox: $48–$144
  • Glabellar (”11s”) Botox: $180–$450
  • Full upper face Botox (40–60 units): roughly $480–$1,080
  • One syringe of lip filler: $650–$900
  • Botox + lip filler combo: roughly $850–$1,350
  • First standard microneedling session: $350–$500
