Most of the ladies are rude some barely give you a smile and Some DONT even greet you ! A simple Hello goes a long way ! It makes you feel like they don’t want you there. I like the services the facility provides but unfortunately some of the workers don’t give you the best experience they lack on customer service skills !

Time management is important. I arrived 15 minutes earlier then my appointment and got called at my appointment time which is fine. The issue came when I am waiting for the physician to come in which took longer then it needed to. Do better at calling in people back based on appointment and arrival time.

I have nothing negative to say about the clinic itself, as I understand they do not compound the Semaglutide directly. However, I’ve been on Semaglutide since 2024, and I’ve noticed a significant change in its effectiveness following the lawsuit to halt its compounding. False advertising. On their website they say the weight loss visit includes the appetite suppressant medication if medically needed but when I called they said it’s an additional $130+ depending on the medication. Should probably put that in the ad.
