Botox & Filler Cost in Houston (2026): Med Spa Price Guide
What Botox, dermal filler, lip filler and microneedling cost at Houston med spas in 2026, based on published clinic price lists. Per-unit and per-syringe ranges, neighborhood notes, and first-visit budgets.

Houston is one of the more competitively priced large markets for injectables in the US. Plenty of clinics publish per-unit and per-syringe prices, and those published prices sit at or slightly below the national benchmarks in our Botox cost guide.
This guide is built from prices that Houston-area clinics publish on their own websites, local cost guides, and national benchmarks. It is benchmark-grade information, not a quote. Your final price depends on how many units or syringes you need, which product is used, and who injects.
Botox / neurotoxin pricing
Published Houston prices we found cluster around $13 per unit, with promotional and membership pricing dipping to roughly $10–$12 and dermatology or plastic-surgery offices quoting $15 and up. For planning, $11–$17 per unit covers most of the market.
| Treatment | Typical units | Per-unit price | Total session |
|---|---|---|---|
| Glabellar (”11s”) | 15–25 | $11–$17 | $165–$425 |
| Forehead lines | 6–15 | $11–$17 | $66–$255 |
| Crow’s feet | 10–20 | $11–$17 | $110–$340 |
| Bunny lines (nose) | 4–8 | $11–$17 | $44–$136 |
| Masseter slim (per side) | 20–30 | $11–$17 | $220–$510 |
| Lip flip | 4–8 | $11–$17 | $44–$136 |
| Gummy smile | 2–6 | $11–$17 | $22–$102 |
| Hyperhidrosis (per area) | 50–100 | $11–$17 | $550–$1,700 |
Dysport is dosed in smaller units (roughly 2.5–3 Dysport units per Botox unit), so its sticker price looks lower. One Houston clinic we reviewed lists Dysport at $6 per unit against $13 for Botox. Compare the total session cost, not the per-unit number.
Neighborhood notes: premium corridors such as River Oaks and Upper Kirby tend to run toward the top of the range, particularly at physician-led practices. Suburban markets like Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland and The Woodlands often have more promotional pricing. Very low prices (well under $10 per unit) are worth questioning: ask about product source and dilution.
Dermal filler pricing
Most Houston HA filler we found is priced between $600 and $950 per syringe, with cheek-specific products at the top.
| Filler product | Per syringe (published Houston examples) | Common uses |
|---|---|---|
| Juvederm Ultra / Ultra Plus XC | $500–$750 | Lips, folds |
| Juvederm Volbella XC | $600–$800 | Lips, fine lines |
| Juvederm Voluma XC | $850–$1,000 | Cheeks, midface |
| Restylane Kysse / Refyne / Defyne | from about $750 | Lips, folds |
| Restylane Lyft | $800–$900 | Cheeks, midface |
Published Houston prices for Sculptra and Radiesse were sparse in our research, so ask for a written per-vial or per-syringe quote. Most patients use 1–2 syringes per session; full midface work can take several syringes over more than one visit. See our dermal filler cost guide for national context.
Lip filler specifically
A first-time lip filler patient in Houston should budget roughly $650–$900 for one full syringe.
- Lower end ($550–$650): clinics with promotional pricing or Juvederm Ultra as the default lip product.
- Mid-market ($700–$800): the most common published Houston pricing, typically an RN or nurse practitioner injector under physician oversight.
- Higher end ($850+): physician-injector practices and premium products such as Volbella or Kysse.
Half-syringe options exist at some clinics; one Houston practice lists half-syringe Juvederm at $340–$455. Our lip filler cost guide covers how to judge whether a half syringe is enough.
Microneedling pricing
| Treatment | Per session | Typical course |
|---|---|---|
| Standard microneedling (SkinPen and similar) | $275–$400 | 3–6 sessions |
| Microneedling + PRP | $525–$950 | 3–6 sessions |
| RF microneedling (Vivace, Secret RF, Morpheus8) | $600–$1,200 | 3 sessions |
Several Houston practices quote Morpheus8 only after a consultation, so treat the upper end of the RF row as a floor for larger areas like face and neck. Package pricing for three sessions is common.
Other common services
Published Houston examples we found:
- Hydrafacial: around $225 for a signature treatment
- Kybella: about $625–$650 per session or vial, typically 2–4 sessions
- Dysport: about $6 per unit (see the note above on unit conversion)
Who can legally inject in Texas
Texas treats cosmetic injections as the practice of medicine. According to the Texas Medical Board framework summarized by the Texas Medical Liability Trust, a physician can delegate injections to non-physicians, commonly registered nurses, nurse practitioners (APRNs) and physician assistants, under written protocols. A physician, PA or APRN must be on site or immediately available for an emergency consult, and the supervising physician remains responsible for the patient. Texas also added new rules for elective IV therapy in 2025 (HB 3749), which matters if a med spa also sells IV drips.
Rules change, so verify credentials yourself: use the Texas Medical Board license lookup for physicians and PAs, and the Texas Board of Nursing license verification for RNs and nurse practitioners. Ask who the supervising physician is. Our 10 questions before your first med spa visit covers what else to ask.
Membership / loyalty programs
- Allē (Allergan Aesthetics): covers Botox, Juvederm, Kybella and other Allergan products. Free to join; points convert to dollar-off credits.
- ASPIRE (Galderma): covers Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra, with a similar points structure.
Clinic memberships (a monthly fee that banks credit or unlocks lower per-unit rates) are how some Houston clinics reach $10–$12 per unit. Read cancellation terms before you sign.
Financing options
Houston med spas commonly accept point-of-sale financing such as CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit or PatientFi. Promotional “no interest” plans are often deferred-interest: if the balance isn’t paid in full by the end of the promo, interest can be charged back to the purchase date. Financing makes most sense for multi-session packages or multi-syringe filler plans, not a routine Botox visit.
What you should pay for a first visit
