Botox & Filler Cost in Phoenix (2026): Med Spa Price Guide

What Botox, dermal filler, lip filler and microneedling cost in Phoenix in 2026, based on published clinic pricing, with first-visit budgets, loyalty programs and Arizona's rules on who can inject.

By the Medical Spa Reviews editorial team · Published September 28, 2026

Phoenix is a competitive, relatively affordable med spa market. Published pricing from Valley clinics in 2025–2026 puts Botox mostly at $10–$16 per unit and hyaluronic acid (HA) filler at roughly $550–$1,000 per syringe, below coastal metros. Scottsdale and Paradise Valley sit at the top of the local range.

This guide is built from what our editorial team could verify: prices Phoenix-area clinics publish, local cost guides, and national benchmarks. Treat every range as a benchmark. Your quote depends on dose, product and who is injecting.

Botox / neurotoxin pricing

Published Valley rates cluster at $10–$16 per unit. One Phoenix practice lists Botox at $12 per unit for all patients; a Scottsdale med spa published $11.50 per unit before rewards.

Hyperhidrosis (per area)50–100$10–$16$500–$1,600

Dysport is dosed in more units (roughly three Dysport units per Botox unit is a common clinic conversion), so compare total session cost across brands. See our Botox cost guide.

Area notes: One local Botox guide places Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale at about $14–$18 per unit, Biltmore and Arcadia in the low-to-mid teens, the East Valley (Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert) at about $10–$14, and the West Valley (Peoria, Glendale) at about $9–$13. We could not independently confirm every band, so use them as a rough guide. Scottsdale has its own Scottsdale directory.

Dermal filler pricing

Phoenix-area clinics publish HA filler from about $550 to $1,000 per syringe. A Phoenix med spa lists filler from $550; a dermatology group lists Juvederm at $600–$1,000 per syringe. Few clinics publish per-product prices, so the product bands below are our estimates within that range.

Filler productPer syringe (estimated)Common uses
Juvederm Ultra XC, Restylane Silk$550–$850Lips, lip lines
Juvederm Volbella XC, Restylane Kysse$600–$950Lips, fine lines

Radiesse$650–$950Jawline, hands

Cheek and jaw work often takes two or more syringes. See our dermal filler cost guide.

Lip filler specifically

A first-time lip filler patient in Phoenix should budget roughly $600–$900 for one syringe. One Valley practice says Arizona lip filler typically runs $700–$900 per syringe equivalent, with its own lip treatment starting at $700 (it prices by area rather than syringe).

  • Lower band ($550–$650): Juvederm Ultra or Restylane at a high-volume med spa.
  • Mid-market ($650–$800): the most common quote; NP or RN injector.
  • Premium ($800–$1,000): physician-led practice or specialist lip injector, often in Scottsdale.

If a clinic prices lips by area, ask how much product is included. See our lip filler cost guide.

Microneedling pricing

TreatmentPer sessionTypical course
Standard microneedling (e.g. SkinPen)$250–$5503–6 sessions
Microneedling + PRP$600–$1,2003–6 sessions
RF microneedling (Morpheus8 and similar)$700–$1,8003 sessions

One Phoenix med spa publishes standard microneedling at $200–$500, RF microneedling at $500–$1,000 and PRP microneedling at $600–$1,200. A Scottsdale practice lists Morpheus8 at $1,000–$2,000 per session. Branded RF devices sit at the top of the range. Packages usually lower the per-session price.

Our research did not find enough Phoenix-specific published pricing for Hydrafacial, peels, IV therapy or body contouring to give reliable local ranges. Ask for a written quote.

Membership / loyalty programs

  • Allē (Allergan Aesthetics): free; earns points on Botox, Juvederm and other Allergan treatments, redeemable at participating clinics.
  • ASPIRE (Galderma): free; similar rewards on Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra.
  • Clinic memberships: common in the Valley. Check cancellation terms and whether unused credit expires.

Financing options

Many clinics accept CareCredit, Cherry or PatientFi. Promotional plans can be interest-free if paid off in time, but deferred-interest plans may charge interest back to the purchase date if not. Financing makes most sense for multi-syringe or multi-session plans.

Who can legally inject in Arizona

Physicians (MD and DO), physician assistants and nurse practitioners can inject within their scope in Arizona. The Arizona State Board of Nursing’s advisory opinion on medical aesthetic procedures treats cosmetic injectables as advanced procedures; RNs may perform them with procedure-specific training and competency, under a written order from a qualifying provider who is available for consultation. Industry summaries report the opinion was updated in 2025, so check the Board’s current version. Treat this as a summary, not legal advice.

Check licenses with the Arizona State Board of Nursing license verification search and the Arizona Medical Board (azmd.gov) or Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners lookups. Our 10 questions before your first med spa visit covers what else to ask.
