Botox & Filler Cost in Denver (2026): Med Spa Price Guide

What Botox, dermal filler, lip filler and microneedling cost at Denver med spas in 2026, based on published clinic price lists. Per-unit and per-syringe ranges, neighborhood notes, and first-visit budgets.

By the Medical Spa Reviews editorial team · Published September 28, 2026

Denver is a price-transparent market by med spa standards. Many clinics, from single-injector studios to multi-location groups, publish full price lists, and the numbers cluster close together. That makes it easier to spot a quote that is out of line in either direction.

This guide is built from prices Denver-area clinics publish on their own websites, local cost guides, and the national benchmarks in our Botox cost guide. It is benchmark-grade information, not a quote. Your final price depends on units or syringes needed, product, and injector.

Botox / neurotoxin pricing

Published Denver prices we found run from $12 to about $15 per unit at standard rates, with membership pricing around $10–$11 and some premium practices quoting up to about $18. For planning, $12–$16 per unit covers most of the market.

TreatmentTypical unitsPer-unit priceTotal session
Glabellar (”11s”)15–25$12–$16$180–$400
Forehead lines6–15$12–$16$72–$240
Crow’s feet10–20$12–$16$120–$320
Bunny lines (nose)4–8$12–$16$48–$128
Masseter slim (per side)20–30$12–$16$240–$480
Lip flip4–8$12–$16$48–$128
Gummy smile2–6$12–$16$24–$96
Hyperhidrosis (per area)50–100$12–$16$600–$1,600

Denver clinics that list Dysport price it at roughly $4–$5 per unit, because Dysport is dosed at about three units per Botox unit. Some clinics also set a minimum visit charge (one we reviewed sets it at $280), which matters if you only want a lip flip. Compare total session cost, not the per-unit headline.

Neighborhood notes: local pricing coverage describes Cherry Creek as the premium end of the market, alongside central neighborhoods such as LoDo and the Highlands. Suburbs such as Lakewood, Littleton, Aurora and Centennial tend to have more value-oriented options. These are general patterns, not rules; compare the full quote.

Dermal filler pricing

Most Denver HA filler we found is priced between $600 and $900 per syringe.

Filler productPer syringe (published Denver examples)Common uses
Juvederm Volbella, Vollure, Ultra, Ultra Plus$600–$879Lips, folds
Juvederm Voluma / Voluxabout $800+Cheeks, jawline
Restylane / Kysse$600–$879Lips, folds
Radiesseabout $600Jawline, hands
Sculptra (per vial)$800–$879Collagen biostimulator, usually 2 vials per session
Skinviveabout $300Skin quality

Most patients use 1–2 syringes per session. Multi-area “facial balancing” plans are priced as a package and can run into the thousands. See our dermal filler cost guide for context.

Lip filler specifically

A first-time lip filler patient in Denver should budget roughly $600–$900 for one full syringe.

  • Lower end (about $600): clinics with flat per-mL pricing across Juvederm and Restylane lip products.
  • Mid-market ($650–$800): the most common range cited by Denver practices.
  • Higher end ($850–$970): multi-location groups and senior injectors, where pricing can vary by injector within the same clinic.

Half syringes are available at some Denver clinics; one lists a half syringe at $599 against $879 for a full syringe, so a half is not half the price. Our lip filler cost guide covers the trade-off.

Microneedling pricing

TreatmentPer sessionTypical course
Standard microneedling (SkinPen and similar)$350–$5003–6 sessions
Microneedling + PRP$600–$9003–6 sessions
RF microneedling (Morpheus8 and similar)$600–$1,5003 sessions

Published Denver examples include standard microneedling at $349–$375 per session, three-session packages around $1,000, and RF microneedling at $800 per session or $2,160 for three. Budget options below $300 exist but are less common.

Other common services

Published Denver examples we found:

  • Hydrafacial: about $299 for a deluxe treatment
  • Chemical peels: about $199–$349
  • Kybella: about $500 per vial, typically 2–4 vials per treatment
  • PRF (platelet-rich fibrin): about $700–$1,500 depending on area

Who can legally inject in Colorado

Colorado treats cosmetic injections as medical services, and the rules depend on the injector’s license. Colorado Medical Board Rule 3 CCR 713-1.17, which governs physician delegation to people not licensed to perform the service themselves, lists injections among “medical-aesthetic services.” Under it, the physician must personally assess the delegatee’s competence (including over-the-shoulder observation), must generally be on the premises or, under detailed written protocols, in Colorado and able to attend promptly, and must review the work at least every two weeks. Separately, Colorado’s nursing regulator has indicated that Botox injections can fall within a registered nurse’s scope as a delegated medical function, with supervision. Nurse practitioners and physician assistants practice under their own licenses and rules.

Because the rules depend on who injects and how, ask directly: who is the injector, what is their license, and who is the delegating or supervising physician? Verify licenses using Colorado License Lookup from the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). See 10 questions before your first med spa visit.

Membership / loyalty programs

  • Allē (Allergan Aesthetics): covers Botox, Juvederm, Kybella and other Allergan products. Free to join; points convert to dollar-off credits.
  • ASPIRE (Galderma): covers Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra, with a similar structure.

In-house memberships are common in Denver; published examples bring Botox to roughly $10–$11 per unit. Do the math against how often you actually book, and read cancellation terms.

Financing options

Denver med spas commonly accept CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit or PatientFi. Many “no interest” promotions are deferred-interest: if the balance isn’t cleared by the promo end date, interest can be charged back to the purchase date. Financing is most useful for RF packages or multi-syringe filler plans.

What you should pay for a first visit

Realistic budget for a typical first-time Denver patient:

  • Consultation: often free in person; some clinics charge a small virtual-consult fee credited to treatment
  • Lip flip with Botox: $48–$128, or the clinic’s minimum visit charge if higher
  • Glabellar (”11s”) Botox: $180–$400
  • Full upper face Botox (40–60 units): roughly $480–$960
  • One syringe of lip filler: $600–$900
  • Botox + lip filler combo: roughly $780–$1,300
  • First standard microneedling session: $350–$500
