Botox & Filler Cost in Dallas (2026): Med Spa Price Guide
What Botox, dermal filler, lip filler and microneedling cost at Dallas med spas in 2026, based on published clinic price lists. Per-unit and per-syringe ranges, neighborhood notes, and first-visit budgets.
By the Medical Spa Reviews editorial team · Published September 28, 2026
Dallas has a deep, competitive injectables market: high-volume med spas running monthly specials sit alongside dermatology and plastic-surgery practices with noticeably higher price lists. The result is a wide spread, and the cheapest number you see advertised is rarely the number most patients pay.
This guide is built from prices Dallas-area clinics publish on their own websites, local cost guides, and national benchmarks from our Botox cost guide. It is benchmark-grade information, not a quote. Your final price depends on units or syringes needed, product, and injector.
Botox / neurotoxin pricing
Published Dallas prices we found generally fall between $12 and $18 per unit, with many mid-market med spas in the $12.50–$14 band. Limited-time specials occasionally advertise $9–$10.
| Treatment | Typical units | Per-unit price | Total session |
|---|---|---|---|
| Glabellar (”11s”) | 15–25 | $12–$18 | $180–$450 |
| Forehead lines | 6–15 | $12–$18 | $72–$270 |
| Crow’s feet | 10–20 | $12–$18 | $120–$360 |
| Bunny lines (nose) | 4–8 | $12–$18 | $48–$144 |
| Masseter slim (per side) | 20–30 | $12–$18 | $240–$540 |
| Lip flip | 4–8 | $12–$18 | $48–$144 |
| Gummy smile | 2–6 | $12–$18 | $24–$108 |
| Hyperhidrosis (per area) | 50–100 | $12–$18 | $600–$1,800 |
Local clinics commonly cite $350–$650 for a full upper-face session (forehead, frown lines and crow’s feet). Dysport is dosed in smaller units, so compare total session cost rather than per-unit price. A Dallas clinic we reviewed warns that unusually low prices can signal diluted product; it is a fair question to ask.
Neighborhood notes: Highland Park, University Park, Uptown and Preston Hollow tend to sit toward the top of the range, especially at physician-led practices. Suburban markets such as Plano, Frisco and Richardson tend to have more promotional pricing. These are general patterns, not rules; always compare the total quote.
Dermal filler pricing
Most Dallas HA filler we found is priced between $650 and $1,250 per syringe. The spread is wide: the same product can cost several hundred dollars more at a dermatology practice than at a volume-focused med spa.
| Filler product | Per syringe (published Dallas examples) | Common uses |
|---|---|---|
| Restylane Kysse | $650–$1,000 | Lips |
| Juvederm Voluma XC | $800–$1,250 | Cheeks, midface |
| General HA filler (Juvederm, Restylane lines) | $700–$1,000 at established practices | Lips, folds, chin |
Most patients use 1–2 syringes per session; cheeks, jawline and full-face plans can take more. See our dermal filler cost guide for how per-syringe pricing works.
Lip filler specifically
A first-time lip filler patient in Dallas should budget roughly $650–$1,000 for one full syringe.
- Lower end ($650–$750): med spas with published per-syringe pricing and occasional specials.
- Mid-market ($750–$900): established clinics, RN or nurse practitioner injectors under physician oversight.
- Premium ($900–$1,000+): board-certified dermatology and plastic-surgery practices.
A low per-syringe price can be offset by add-on fees, so ask whether numbing, follow-up and touch-ups are included. Our lip filler cost guide covers half versus full syringes.
Microneedling pricing
| Treatment | Per session | Typical course |
|---|---|---|
| Standard microneedling (full face) | $325–$650 | 3–6 sessions |
| Microneedling + PRP (face) | $750–$1,300 | 3–6 sessions |
| RF microneedling (Morpheus8, Vivace) | $950–$1,600 | 3 sessions |
Face-and-neck RF plans cost more per session, and three-session packages are the usual way clinics discount. In our research, the RF prices Dallas clinics publish ran higher than those in Houston.
Other common services
Published Dallas examples we found:
- Hydrafacial: about $195–$345 per session depending on tier
- Kybella: about $575 per vial at one Dallas-area clinic; most plans use several vials across 2–4 sessions
Who can legally inject in Texas
Texas treats cosmetic injections as the practice of medicine. Under the Texas Medical Board framework summarized by the Texas Medical Liability Trust, a physician can delegate injections to registered nurses, nurse practitioners (APRNs) and physician assistants under written protocols. A physician, PA or APRN must be on site or immediately available for an emergency consult, and the supervising physician remains responsible for the patient. Texas also added rules for elective IV therapy in 2025 (HB 3749), relevant if your med spa sells IV drips.
Verify credentials yourself using the Texas Medical Board license lookup (physicians and PAs) and Texas Board of Nursing license verification (RNs and nurse practitioners), and ask who the supervising physician is. See 10 questions before your first med spa visit.
Membership / loyalty programs
- Allē (Allergan Aesthetics): covers Botox, Juvederm, Kybella and other Allergan products. Free to join; points convert to dollar-off credits.
- ASPIRE (Galderma): covers Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra, with a similar structure.
Many Dallas med spas also run their own memberships and seasonal promotions. Timing a visit around a promotion can save money, but read any auto-renew terms before signing.
Financing options
Dallas med spas commonly accept CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit or PatientFi. Many “no interest” promotions are deferred-interest: if the balance isn’t cleared by the promo end date, interest can be charged back to the purchase date. Financing is most useful for RF microneedling packages or multi-syringe filler plans.
